Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in temperature-controlled warehouses
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse machinery with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to Portland warehouse locations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math skills for inventory and packing tasks
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid government-issued ID and social security card
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varied conditions
- Flexibility to work early morning, evening, or weekend shifts
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
