Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies to management.
- Package and label orders accurately for timely shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory on shelves and pallets efficiently.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Brooklyn, NY.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider equivalent experience).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
