Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Basic math and inventory skills required
- Reliable transportation to Northside industrial park
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
