Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in quality control checks before shipment
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation to East Nashville location
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must have basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon/night shifts
