Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with efficiency and attention to detail
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using scanning systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility

- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
