Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and warehouse organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Complete daily timekeeping and productivity reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville industrial zones
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
