Responsibilities
- Efficiently package and ship products according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Sort and organize incoming shipments systematically
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and containers
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa facility
- Ability to pass basic background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability including early morning/weekend shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
