Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking and packing operations with 99% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory records using RF scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse sanitation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
