- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock counts and organize warehouse storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using handheld scanners.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a current, valid driver's license (preferred for yard operations).
- Reliability: Strong work history with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
