Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with efficiency and accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Package and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facilities
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required (paid training available)
- Flexibility to work early morning/weekend shifts
