As a Daily Pay Warehouse Associate, you'll work in a climate-controlled facility with modern equipment and a supportive team. This role offers flexible scheduling including morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts to accommodate your lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for e-commerce fulfillment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas following OSHA standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to South Boston facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-paid)
