- Efficiently load/unload shipments using manual handling techniques
- Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) with proper training
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Physical ability to stand, lift (up to 25kg), and work in varying temperatures
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Right to work in the UK with valid identification documents
- Reliable transport to early morning shifts (6:00 AM start)
