Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily payroll processing for contract employees across multiple job sites
- Manage staffing schedules and ensure timely placement of workers at client locations
- Process same-payday transactions through our proprietary payment portal
- Conduct onboarding sessions including orientation and compliance training
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payment issues within 24 hours
- Maintain accurate records of hours worked and payment verification
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with Texas labor regulations
- Support recruitment efforts for urgent staffing needs in high-demand sectors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing, payroll, or financial services
