Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard candidates for daily pay positions across Seattle and NC markets
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fill urgent staffing needs within 24 hours
- Process same-day payroll for temporary and contract workers
- Manage compliance with Washington and North Carolina labor regulations
- Track performance metrics and optimize staffing efficiency
- Represent PayDay at community hiring events and job fairs
- Maintain accurate candidate database using ATS software
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Experience with daily payroll systems (e.g., DailyPay, FlexWage)
- Strong knowledge of WA and NC labor laws
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid driver's license for regional travel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
