Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure accurate stock keeping and order fulfillment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment for all team members.
- Train, mentor, and coach new hires, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Handle daily payroll and shift scheduling issues, ensuring all team members are compensated accurately and on time via our Daily Pay system.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure outbound shipments meet company standards.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations in real-time to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related operational role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
