Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks within the warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Operate heavy machinery and forklifts safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality control.
- Package, label, and organize inventory efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding operational needs.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedural guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
