Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery according to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to maintain optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the production floor clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to identify and report any defects or damages immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not always required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for delivery roles).
