Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in accordance with safety regulations.
- Inspect equipment and work areas for potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets and daily quotas are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated zones.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly without assistance.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license (Class D) is required for some positions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
