Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing inventory at job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Collaborate with team leads to complete daily assignments efficiently
- Operate basic equipment (hand tools, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Adapt to dynamic work environments including outdoor and warehouse settings
- Submit daily timesheets via mobile app for immediate payment processing
