Responsibilities
- Recruit and place candidates in direct hire positions across Phoenix's key industries
- Manage daily payroll processing for assigned candidates using our proprietary system
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for permanent roles
- Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
- Provide exceptional candidate experience with daily pay transparency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proficiency with ATS systems and daily payroll software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with same-day deadlines
- Knowledge of Arizona labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
