- Analyze user data to optimize payment systems
- Train new hires on payroll software and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in payroll or fintech operations
- Expertise in multi-state compliance regulations
- Proficiency with payroll software (ADP, Paychex)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- Experience with agile development methodologies
