Responsibilities
- Route Navigation: Efficiently plan and execute delivery routes using our GPS-guided mobile app to navigate Miami traffic and weather conditions.
- Customer Service: Deliver packages with a professional attitude, ensuring a positive unboxing experience for every client.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Proof of Delivery: Use handheld scanners to capture digital signatures and images, ensuring 100% accuracy for every order.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and delays.
- Package Handling: Safely handle packages of varying sizes and weights, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Smartphone: Must have a smartphone capable of running our proprietary logistics application.
- Residency: Must reside within the Miami-Dade, Broward, or Monroe county areas.
- Insurance: Proof of Personal Auto Insurance (minimum liability coverage) is required.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift packages up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
