Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver parcels to residential and commercial customers within the Greater London area.
- Ensure accurate delivery of all items, including proof of delivery where required.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, greeting customers politely and resolving issues on the spot.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- A full, valid UK driving licence (Category B) with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
