Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to Cleveland residences/businesses
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures
- Optimize routes using our GPS tracking system
- Report delivery issues and vehicle maintenance needs
- Provide friendly, professional customer interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
