Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Enter accurate data and update customer accounts in the CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
