Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (Written and Verbal) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, and CRM navigation).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Valid authorization to work in the United States (Foreign Nationals with work authorization encouraged to apply).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
