Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and resolving account issues.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and resolve escalations.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
