Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service with a smile.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers.
- Resolve issues on the spot to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with special events and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate with relevant experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
