Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with support teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and average handle time (AHT)
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metric-driven environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Flexibility to work occasional evening shifts (until 8 PM)
