Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be the face of our company, ensuring our guests receive top-tier service. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and create memorable experiences for clients from all over the world.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression in English and other languages as applicable.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and paperwork.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (basic conversational skills required; bilingual is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training is preferred.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
