Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally, addressing questions regarding orders and services.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or service issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Order Processing: Accurately process orders, track shipments, and provide updates to customers in real-time.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction logs within the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or logistics preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
