Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by leveraging company resources and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, resolution rates, and response times
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or call center environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as required (rotating schedule)
