- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet team revenue targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
