Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and product questions using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-call resolution
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Spanish bilingual proficiency a major plus
