Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rating
- Resolve technical issues and product questions using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain service metrics
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to retention initiatives
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy and patience
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
