Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and product availability with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy and efficiency to maintain inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all company safety standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklift certification preferred; training available upon hire).
- Update and manage digital records regarding stock movements and customer accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
