Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and processing returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with integrity.
- Keep the sales floor and stock areas organized, clean, and fully stocked to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising displays and promotional events.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not always required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
