Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to technical blueprints.
- Monitor machine operations in real-time to detect any malfunctions, material defects, or quality issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality control and safety standards.
- Load raw materials into the machine and unload finished components carefully.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (A 4-year college degree is not required).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of how tools operate.
- Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
