Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our services.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, technical support) to resolve complex client challenges.
- Educate clients on new features, product updates, and best practices to maximize their success.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and account activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
