Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision to align technical capabilities with business goals, specifically targeting the technological shifts expected in 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, cloud-native architectures capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads and global scaling.
- Drive Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Leadership & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and agility.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate technical strategies and secure buy-in for major investments.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role as CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and prepare for future tech trends, specifically in AI integration and edge computing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams and managing large budgets.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
