Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Develop and communicate a clear, long-term technology strategy that aligns with business goals and drives competitive advantage.
- Leadership & Management: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering and product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives, specifically focusing on next-generation AI integration and future-proof architecture.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key technology partners, startups, and academic institutions to drive innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the technology budget, optimize infrastructure, and ensure robust cybersecurity protocols are in place.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for the board of directors and executive team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or senior executive role.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated success in defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (e.g., 2026 planning cycles).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML architectures, and scalable software development.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, remote-first teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
