Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning organizational goals with market opportunities.
- Lead high-level strategic initiatives that drive market share growth and operational excellence.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and disruptive trends to ensure OmniStream remains ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to secure funding and resources for long-term innovation projects.
- Represent the company at industry forums and investor meetings, articulating the long-term vision for 2026.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in executive strategy, corporate planning, or a similar high-level leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and defining long-term strategic visions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Business, Technology, or a related field) preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the tech or digital services sector is highly desirable.
