Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience initiatives
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends in biotech, space exploration, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proofing into product development and corporate strategy
- Present visionary frameworks to stakeholders and investors, securing buy-in for 2026 initiatives
- Establish foresight methodologies and scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and prototyping of 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and sustainability frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
