Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Vision and strategic roadmap for the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to forecast their impact on our industry.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product and service innovations.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with macro-economic shifts and regulatory changes leading up to 2026.
- Present visionary strategies to the C-suite and board of directors, securing buy-in for bold, long-term initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with think tanks and futurist networks to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or high-level consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting industry trends and implementing strategic pivots.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience in the Technology or Innovation sector is highly preferred.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, or a related field is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
