Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries in English and Spanish
- Resolve service issues using CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Process orders and manage customer accounts
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in monthly cultural exchange workshops
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal/written)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Valid work authorization in the US
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
