Responsibilities
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints and work orders.
- Operate hand and power tools, as well as automated assembly machinery.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve production efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic English communication skills (essential for safety and instructions).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Valid work authorization for the United States.
