Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assembly line machinery and conveyor systems.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Assemble, package, and label products according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards immediately.
- Work collaboratively with team leads to achieve daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- Eligibility for EB3 Unskilled visa sponsorship (No degree required).
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Reliable transportation to the Laredo facility.
