Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-enhanced AI algorithms for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical machine learning frameworks
- Develop scalable neural architectures optimized for quantum-classical hybrid computing
- Publish top-tier research in Nature/Science journals and premier AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with academia-industry partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in machine learning or quantum AI
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published record in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent top-tier venues
- Strong background in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing and GPU acceleration
