- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in AI research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and tensor networks
- Proven track record of publishing at top-tier ML conferences
- Mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience with distributed ML systems and GPU/TPU optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into production-scale systems
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and statistical modeling
