Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen AI architectures (neural-symbolic, quantum-inspired)
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum ML models
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier AI/ML journals and conferences
- Drive prototype development for 2026-era applications (e.g., AGI precursors, predictive healthcare)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional innovation
- Secure external funding through NSF, DARPA, and industry grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry research experience
- Proven expertise in advanced ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published record in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) on transformative AI topics
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance and bias mitigation techniques
